The government is ready to start the early stage of rehabilitation of Marawi City primarily focusing on restoration of basic services such as electricity, water, sanitation, health and education, a military spokesman said on Monday.
"Until such time that we are sure of the cause of one those bombs falling short of target will we then resume the use of that aircraft", Padilla said.
"The bomb fell in an area proximate to a building where some of our men were staying and the ensuing blast caused part of that building to collapse and the debris that fell from the part of the collapsed structure fell on our men causing the death of two and injuries to 11 others", Padilla said.
He said items recovered by soldiers were turned over to their owners and houses and establishments that they could not safeguard were ordered to be padlocked.
"The FA-50 will momentarily be pulled out from deployment until the investigation is finished and once we ascertain the reason why the bombs went off target", AFP spokesperson Brigadier General Restituto Padilla said in a press briefing, as quoted GMA News Online.
