Today, during Sony Interactive Entertainment's E3 2017 media showcase, the house of PlayStation unveiled more gameplay of God of War. Last month's 2018 release leak was confirmed, as God of War has been slated for releaes early next year. The combat is new, the exploration is new, the visuals are stunning, and it seems as if there will be at least one familiar giant boss battle ahead of us.
Unfortunately, his iconic dual-chained blades are still lost following God of War III.
At the end, the father-son duo got confronted by a massive sea beast. In the almost five and a half minute reveal, we got some heart-warming moments between Kratos and his son, Atreus, but we were also treated to the brutal and fast-paced combat style that the God of War franchise has been known to deliver over the years.
The new gameplay trailer shows Kratos and his son and initially starts out as a cinematic trailer.

It was initially reported that someone had thrown human feces on the group - the reason a hazmat team responded, Wyatt said. Authorities say the smeared visitors were taken to a private restroom to clean up and were given with clean clothes .
Set within the untamed forests, mountains, and realms of Norse lore, God of War features a distinctly new setting with its own pantheon of creatures, monsters, and gods. God of War's villain also makes an appearance, taunting Kratos, who is considered to be an outsider of the Norse realm wherein this game takes place.
So far, all we know is Kratos is much older now and he's still rocking the epic beard.
We also see Kratos' softer side as he teaches his son how to craft tools as well as climbing a mountain with the boy clinging to his back.
