The damage at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, which the police are attributing to vandalism, was discovered by a New Jersey man who was there visiting his father's grave on Sunday morning.
Last week, almost 200 headstones were damaged at Chesed Shel Emeth Society cemetery in St. Louis, the oldest Jewish cemetery in Missouri, established in 1888.
Police said that the incident at the city's Mount Carmel Cemetery was an act of vandalism and have opened an investigation, according to a local ABC affiliate.
It was not immediately clear if the damage was from a hate attack.
